Refunds
Refunds pertaining to physical products will solely be granted to customers in cases where errors are attributed to Kraft Out Loud. The refunds will be reimbursed using the same method of payment utilized during the initial purchase. Kraft Out Loud retains the prerogative to provide store credit if the original payment method is not feasible. In addition, refunds will not be extended for customized items such as digital products, custom artwork, and ready-to-print designs.
